This Houston Italian café will make you feel like you just landed in Italy 🇮🇹
Mercato & Company in West U feels like a mini European market — espresso bar, fresh pasta, panini, wine, and shelves stocked with imported Italian cheeses, cured meats, olive oils, and pantry staples.
I tried the Pappardelle Bolognese (rich, slow-simmered and comforting), the Prosciutto Panini on focaccia (salty, creamy, perfectly balanced), their Pistachio Tiramisu, and the Tiramisu Cold Brew — basically tiramisu in iced coffee form with a ladyfinger on top.
Saving this one for when you need a little Italy in Houston.
