In this interview Francesco Marchio, sommelier based in Hong Kong, talks about the Vinitaly International Academy Italian Wine Ambassador Certification Course he took in Hong Kong in November 2018. Francesco was awarded the title of Italian Wine Expert, the highest title awarded by the Vinitaly International Academy.
