This Bolognese-style Italian restaurant is recognized on the Michelin Guide and has been lovingly reviewed by the legendary late restaurant critic Jonathan Gold. This is Rossoblu in DTLA, a spot for reliably delicious Italian food. While the pasta here is a standout (I ordered their 3 pasta plate sampler and loved it all), they also happened to have one of the best branzinos I’ve ever had, as a huge branzino lover. This is one of the best meals I’ve had so far this year and I’ll be thinking about it for some time to come.
