Gennaro’s social cause is the Antonio Carluccio Foundation (https://antoniocarlucciofoundation.org/) which aims to provide resources, training and development needed by disadvantaged young cooks and chefs entering the hospitality industry as well as supporting the work of charities and non-governmental organisations in alleviating hunger worldwide.
