Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo is a wonderful rosé made in the Abruzzo region of Italy, from the indigenous grape Montepulciano.

“Cerasuolo” translates to “cherry red” → these wines are well appreciated to be bursting cherry and other red fruited notes like pomegranate and raspberry, often with subtle hints of almond and herbs of the Mediterranean.

They are both fresh and complex, full of character and depth.
