No sticking and otherwise not too difficult, but it was super chewy? Not sure if that's normal, I've actually never had fresh made pasta before. Might have overcooked it, I did panic at the end
For the cooked pasta tossed in butter, lots of pepper, and salty cheese, but can't remember what that's called. Or the name of the cheese either. Super chewy and filling, but good
