4 chicken breasts (pounded flat)
1/2 c Flour
2 Eggs
1 handful Parsley
2 oz Parmesan cheese
1 c Red Wine or Sherry or White Wine
1 c Chicken Stock
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
4 tbs Olive Oil
4 tbs Butter (separated)
1/2 Lemon (squeezed) some for garnish
Salt & Pepper to taste

Garlic Butter Spread for Cheese Paninis

1 C Softened Butter
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs Garlic Salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp paprika

Mix all until smooth then smear on bread and add cheese inside
Can cook in panini machine, on the stove or in a toaster oven.
