1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
ยฝ cup shredded provolone (optional but ๐Ÿ”ฅ)
1โ€“1ยฝ cups pepperoni slices
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
ยผ cup grated Parmesan
Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border.
Layer pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Roll the dough up tightly (like a jelly roll) and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over the stromboli.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with warm marinara. ๐Ÿ˜
