This sums it up well. Unfrotunately all the sheep will just tell you, you are wrong. I am a student in Rome and have been living here for 3 years now an I honestly have to say italians are complete amateurs when it comes to the restaurant business. The service on average is underwhelming and the preparation of dishes can be very incossistent.
