  1. Koreans who dont cook dont even realize how much sugar they put in all their red pepper sauces, almost as much as a soda.

  2. Excellent Korea! National support for the athletes done well! It's a team effort!

  3. What a shame they don’t try the wonderful Italian cuisine when they’re in Italy. Italian food is so much more nutritious and varied than Korean food. Don’t they get enough Korean food back home?

  4. It's great food. However I read an article in the Korean press that reveals some staff members of some athletes have no food provided and nor uniforms or wears… They have to pay everything by themselves… This is outrageous…

  5. When I went out on a camp for Christian university students, a big group of Koreans got sick. A few of us packed a lot of microwaveable instant rice packs, soups, and other food. They handed this all out, and every Korean camper basically sustained themselves on reheated Korean food, but they felt so much better. It's actually really smart that the Olympic athletes are fed nutritious Korean food overseas.

  6. It's so strange to me that people are unwilling to eat locally. Especially in Italy. Like dude, they have the best food in the world and you're only there for a month. Korean food will still exist when you get back to Korea. Eat some pasta and gelato for christ sakes!

  7. Cmon guys i know Korean cousine is awesome but you aint in some bad food country. You are legit in one of the best food countries in whole world

  8. That looks like what I ate for breakfast years ago when I was assigned to a Korean Army unit for Reserve training. There was 18" of snow on the ground and the Army expected us to live on MRE's. Fat chance of that! Rice, soup, kimchi, little salt fishes and red chili paste kept me going happily for two weeks. I've been a fan of Korean food ever since.

  9. This is what I call you can take Koreans out of Korea but you cannot take Korea out of them 😂

  10. My cousin visited the States for an extended period of time and she was constipated the whole time, Her body couldn't adjust to American food. Conversely, I didn't have any issues on my trips to Korea.
