PALO Specialty dining restaurant is located on all Disney Cruise Line ships. This is one of 2 specialty restaurants that are adult exclusive (18 and up) and must be booked in advance.
Here’s the good news! Disney Cruise Line typically holds back a portion of these dining reservations so that if you weren’t able to book a spot in advance, there’s a chance you could get a reservation onboard.
That’s actually how we reserved this brunch reservation! PALO serves dinner nightly and brunch on sea days.
To improve your chances, try and snag an early port arrival time and head over to the dedicated dining team tables as soon as you board the ship. The location and time will be found on the Disney Cruise Navigator app.
