My first full day in Querétaro was fun, but confusing. As we do on Appa’s Kitchen, I went out without a definite plan. Flexibility is key. After two strikes, I finally found a place to eat. I had a nice time exploring. It’s a lovely place, very friendly people, quiet, and best of all smoke-free (hear that Italy?) The weather is very pleasant during the day and it gets downright chilly at night. I’m looking forward to more exploration and getting to know my way around. Stay with me.
