Whether you procrastinated and cannot find a restaurant taking reservations or you found a date at the 11th hour that even surprised yourself, this dinner at home recipe is 92.6% sure to impress your Valentine’s 🥰

I love the the authentic taste of a traditional scampi; garlic, butter, lemon and wine.
but also green onions and cilantro to add sweetness and a different dimension to the sauce.

This is a traditional Italian recipe that is found on EVERY Italian and chain restaurant because of it’s simplicity and bold flavors. Very easy to make and always impressive.

NOTE; I kinda failed in this area, but the more impressive the shrimp size and quality, the more impressive the dish presents itself. Go as big as you can, I happened to have large frozen stuff at home.
