In this video we teach you how to make our homemade Bolognese (Italian Meat Sauce). We’re serving it with Mezzi Rigatoni and topping with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and fresh basil. We also use a meatloaf blend of ground beef, veal, and pork for amazing taste. What you’ll need:
SAUCE:
1 Can San Marzano Tomatoes Peeled w/ Juice in Can
Ground meat mix – Veal, Pork, Beef (roughly 1 pound)
Half White Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Carrot (or a few baby carrots)
Glass of Red Wine
1/2 Cup Milk
Fresh Basil
Bay Leaf
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
PASTA:
Mezzi Rigatoni (or regular rigatoni, or spaghetti)
Fresh Basil for garnish
Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
