Sicily, The Wild West 8 days – This tour starts with a two day dive into the passion of Palermo and then we head south to Corleone, where we learn first hand the real story of the Mafia and its place in Siciy today. We visit a fantastic Olive oil producer in Caltanisetta, and from there we experience more of the hidden small villages of Sicily in the mountains. We then explore the lesser traveled West coast, Marsala, Segesta, Erice and Trapani to experience the distinct Arab influences on Sicilian culture form amazing architecture to enjoying meal of local cous cous,
The Heart of Italy
This is the ultimate food and wine tour. For 10 days we will indulge in and meet the makers of Italy’s most revered comestibles -Truffles, Historic Salumi, Legendary Cheese, Unique Pastas, and of course revered Wines. This 10 day tour de force starts in Barolo (’nuff said!) , and we explore Alba, Parma, Modena, Bologna, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Chianti, and finish in Florence. Whoa!
