Today’s wine: Bisol “Jeio” Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco.
I’ve seen the regular Jeio brand as a reliable go to prosecco in restaurants and retail shops where I’ve worked in New York.
I wasn’t aware that they made a Valdobbiadene and I was excited to try it.
It was in line with my general tasting notes for the Valdobbiadene region and I found the wine to be very pretty and pleasant. All the respect to Bisol! I didn’t mean to spit it out: it was so tasty I took too big of a drink 😭
I’ll have to find an Asolo DOCG to try next!
