We are a Norwegian family who just received the keys to our very own Italian vineyard in Piemonte, Italy 🇮🇹🍷 And this property has something truly extraordinary… an underground cave with its own natural spring.

In this video, we take you on a full tour of the cave beneath our vineyard. The cave can be dated back to 1824, and possibly even earlier. Hidden beneath the rolling hills of Piemonte, this incredible space has so much potential, and we can’t wait to explore what it could become.

Could this historic Italian cave be transformed into:
• A luxury underground spa with a natural spring?
• A unique destination wedding venue in Italy?
• An intimate concert space with magical acoustics?
• A wine tasting cellar inside a 200-year-old cave?

We would LOVE your ideas! What would you do with a private cave and natural water source in an Italian vineyard?

This is just the beginning of our Italian renovation journey. Follow along as we restore this unique property in Piemonte, bring new life to the vineyard, and uncover the history hidden beneath it.

  1. Hi! it's very beautiful indeed, and extremely fascinating. I would call a geologist, or an expert in the geological conformation of the place to know exactly where the spring is coming from, if there is an underground river (and if so how deep it is), and assess the dynamic and static of the place from a hydro geological point of view. After that I would analyse a sample of the spring water in order to know its property, and composition. These assessments would be also a good starting point for planning what to do with this wonderful place. Thank you for sharing ❤

Saluti dalle Dolomiti. 👍👍👍
