Heat over medium-low until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot — but not boiling. (You should see steam rising but no bubbles.) 3. Add the Gelatin Remove from heat. Stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved. 4. Pour and Chill Pour into small glasses, ramekins, or dessert cups.
