    Calories & Macros 📊
    Per Meal: 564 calories

    For the pizza crust
    – 225 self raising flour
    – 250g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
    – Pinch of salt (roughly 1 tsp)
    – Cooking spray

    Oven Bake at 200°C with fan for 10-12 minutes till golden brown🔥

    For the toppings
    – 400g pizza sauce (100g each)
    – 360g lean ground beef
    – 1/2 brown onion (diced)
    – 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
    – Salt to taste
    – Black pepper to taste
    – 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    – 200g low fat cheese (50g per prep)
    – 60g Turkey pepperoni (15g per prep)
    – Sprinkle parsley

    At back to the oven for 3-5 minutes till oozing and melted 🔥

    Storage & Heating ♨️
    – Store for up to 5 days in the fridge
    – To reheat, add the contents to a microwave safe bowl and microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 3-4 minutes till heated through, mix well and enjoy!
