  1. Maybe I’m the weird one but it stayed in the oven a little too long for me. Portnoy is a psychopath

  2. How are you getting that great char on your pizzas? I use a pizza steel and cook at 550°F, but never get that beautiful char like yours. I usually hit it under the broiler for a couple minutes to achieve that look, but that can be very risky at times.
