☠️Not all the food in groceries stores is full of harmful additives, jest get the habit of READING LABELS.
Question every label and in no time you’ll have enough knowledge to better navigate the aisles.
Or better yet, cook everything from scratch like I do: you’ll know exactly what you’re eating and end up with meals that are healthier and way more flavorful.

I don't mind the idea of avoiding toxic food but the pasta is processed, the salt goes through a plant even sea salt. Saying one food is processed feels like the wrong word. I dunno we need a better word without ruining the food entirely. Treat, feels appropriate.
Seriously love your recipes. My family will only eat your spaghetti and meatballs now. No more store bought crap.

Grazie per le vostre idee. È un piacere vedere diversi modi di cucinare la pasta, specialmente in Italia..
Please don't hate me for adding peas into pretty much every one of my pasta dishes, I love my meals balanced with just a single dish and the fibre, folate and bonus protein of the peas are too good for me to pass up on.
