🥘 Don’t overthink Dinner idea! 🥘
This Italian garlic chicken is one of my go to meals for feeding a big family! Simple ingredients, minimal effort, and it turns out juicy flavor, packed, and so good every single time!
Minimal effort maximum results!
Chicken thighs
A very generous amount of garlic
Italian seasoning
Honey
Brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Into the oven 411° for 25 to 30 minutes until it’s done
Since I have the oven on, I tossed in potatoes and a veggie because if the oven is already on, we might as well work smarter not hard harder
This is your sign that doesn’t have to be complicated to be delicious!
Save this recipe for later and tell me are you team garlic or extra garlic?

Sounds delish! Do you add any acid like vinegar or lemon? I can’t wait to make this!!

I thought I heard you say 411’. What’s with that?
OK, I just discovered chicken and rice for the first time in my life at the age of 53. I do not even like rice but this is the bomb! Holy cow it is so quick and easy. Bone and and skin on chicken thighs with just salt and pepper, searing the skin side down, flipping it for a minute, taking it off and using that grease and a little pat of butter to cook up a chopped onion, and then some garlic, and then one and a half cup of rice, sautéed, adding 3 cups of chicken broth, putting the chicken back in skin side up to keep that crispiness and popping that in the oven at 375 for 50 minutes and OMG it is now one of my most favorite recipes, having it every other week at least
411 degrees
IYKYK 😂😂
Why so much garlic, it's a misconception that the Italian cuisine uses soo much garlic .Garlic should only give a h int of flavor, not overpower the chicken; the" more the power"where?
Like your short to the point shorts rather than your long winded hour long videos❤❤❤
