Grey Steak no sear, Non-existant marinade (didnt go through the meat at all). Pasta barely coated. Anyone that cooked steaks knows this ended up in the trash. Fresh pasta nicely done though
For a person that doesn't have any culinary arts training, it was pretty good. The only thing is the steak was too thick. The pasta was a little uneven and there was no sauce. It looked a little dry and all I give it a c+.
I normally really enjoy this guys videos, he makes some great cocktails. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 on a hand crank pasta machine. Youโll thank me later.
