🍤🧄 Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti or linguine

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

5–6 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ cup reserved pasta water

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.

4. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

5. In the same pan, add remaining butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

6. Add pasta and reserved pasta water. Toss to coat.

7. Return shrimp to the pan and mix well.

8. Finish with Parmesan and parsley. Squeeze fresh lemon if desired. Serve hot 🔥
