The hunt for Bengaluru’s preferred slice continues! 📢 🍕

In Part 2 of this trail, I hit the road to explore three more distinct pizzerias that you recommended. Each of these spots brings a unique philosophy to the table. We visit a relatively new space helmed by one of the city’s top chefs, a dedicated vegetarian pizzeria run by a passionate, self-taught lady chef, and a popular spot in the heart of the CBD. 🏃‍♂️💨

As always, my rules remain the same: ✅ The Core: Pizza is the heart of the menu. ✅ The Walk-In: No “planning your life ahead.” If the craving hits, you should be able to walk in and get your slice. ✅ The Truth: We arrived unannounced to ensure the experience we share is the same one you get. 🎥✨
Across these three spots, I continue my exploration of dough, sauce, and fire, tasting various combinations to see how they resonate with the city’s palate. This isn’t a ranking—it’s a deep dive into the craft and the people behind it. 🧐
Watch the second leg of the Bengaluru Pizza Trail now! 🎬✨

  1. I prefer swamp buffalo milk based mozzarella cheese …same with burrata …cows milk doesn’t do it for me Kripal 😂the richness of swamp buffalo milk cannot be equalled in my opinion ……the Italian people have also taken to South Asian Swamp buffalo in a big way …all these pizzas looked amazing !

  2. The hunt continues! 🍕🏃‍♂💨 This leg of the trail takes us through three very different spaces—from a top chef’s new kitchen and a self-taught artisan’s café, to a dedicated pizza spot in the CBD.
Which of these approaches to the craft are you most curious about? Let’s talk pizza in the comments! 👇

  3. You missed one of the iconic place that is Farmhouse Kitchen & Bakery in Whitefield main road. They ll serve one of the best wheat pizzas.

  4. Guys atleast feature one pizzeria that makes NY style pizza. Give 23rd street pizza a shot!

  5. Best would be when you have someone else order for you and when it is delivered, you go and taste. We have visited many of these, I hardly have seen this much toppings. Even if we request its spread here and there.
I am just speculating, that because it was being recorded, they went bonkers on the toppings.

  6. The half pizza concept has an advantage because it helps in trying out different combinations, especially if you are going as a small team like two or three members or maybe visiting alone.

  7. Make an episode on Pasta's and visit: Pinoccio, where Chef Guisueppe makes some delicious pastas on the commercial street
