  1. Anchovies are awesome. Melting one or two down in a pasta sauce brings an amazing depth of flavor

  2. U know everytime u get pizza on the ur side of the state its got hardly any cheese idk bout u but us on the shores of lake huron need more cheese than that tiny layer

  3. Canned mushrooms always soggy n slimey they need to either be fresh or drain them and squeeze the water out

  5. Love anchovies. These pies look pretty good. More of a late night pig out then what I usually buy when I would want pizza. A NY pie is 18 inches. These pies seen about 13 inch, tavern style is fine, thin crust.the price $44 for 3 pieces, i think you said the 3rd pie was cheese only. Price I guess is more or less reasonable. Hard to tell by the videos. You seem to enjoy them so im assuming that they taste profile is pretty good.

  6. If you have a place, just buy a cheap pizza oven. Cook it at home. Takes 20 minutes to cook. Prep takes maybe 20 minutes max if you’re incompetent. You have to let the dough rise though which takes a while. But you can just make a bunch at a time. Don’t spend $50 on some mediocre pizza just make it at home for pike $5 bucks a pizza.

  7. Have to go along with ya on the love of thin crispy crust. Never been a fan deep dish thick crust pizza. Those pizzas look awesome.
