I’ve had a fair share of the roasted goodness. But this one here skips the line in my memory. Maybe it was being the first slice of the roast. Or the crackling skin… The perfect spice blend? The incredible roll it was pressed in to? Or her smile, just as excited to serve it as I was to receive it.
