  1. I think the 3rd one is good as an airbnb, but not to live in full time. A fun, unique experience for a week, but might get tired of it.

  2. Marco, you need a show on television! I’ve watched your show and tend to visit all the same spots , cheers from 🇺🇸

  3. Great video as usual! Liked all three properties but the last one was extra special. As a former art curator, I was taken by some choices and others well…. let's say I'd change a few things. lol

  4. Thank you for the great work Marco! I’m an avid fan and follower of your YouTube channel, and the latest videos are top quality. You already convinced me to move to Italy one day…thank you !!!!

  5. Great food and stunning properties Marco. I especially love number three, it would be like living in an art installation. Your video production is impeccable. Keep up the great work. Saluti !!

  6. Um…number three is something trying way too hard and failing miserably at it. Bohemian chic was what you did when you lived somewhere really cheap and maybe even condemned…to pay nearly 1/2 million euro…sorry no… The other two, they were what they said they were….classic and historical…

  7. The first two properties were absolutely beautiful. The third certainly wouldn’t suit many people’s taste, even those looking for a modern artistic space, but for a very particular individual it may be attractive. I just hope the renovator of apt #3 doesn’t “make-over” too many historical homes as it would be a shame for that type of design and decor to become a trend at the detriment of the lovely Italian style and craftsmanship that is world-renowned for good reason.

  8. Hi Marco, thank you for sharing your hometown of Arezzo, 3 beautiful apartments and an amazing meal. I can't get enough of Arezzo, I'd love to see more in your area. Thanks!

  9. Hey Marco…3 great homes, as usual. BUT…as an American, one thing I can't get used to is buying other peoples' furniture along with the home. Is it at all common to sell off the furniture and/or fixtures of a place after purchasing it? Are the sellers also moving to a furnished home or do they just not want the bother of packing up and hiring movers? I am seriously considering buying a place in Italy but I'm really put off by the thought of paying for furniture. Especially when it's schlocky, which it frequently is, though not in this video. Love what you're doing.

  10. Your videos are well done. Arrezo is an amazing place. $2 per day for cell phone service? I pay $8 unlimited service per month here in Asia. 20+ Euros per entree in an excellent restaurant in Arrezo? Here in Asia we pay $2 to $6 per entree at excellent restaurants. Mom & pop neighborhood restaurants here charge $1 to $1.50 per entree.
I appreciate your showing of more affordable properties. These and most of your property showings are well above my pay grade yet beautiful nonetheless. I appreciate your videos of properties of $100K or less. New and beautiful modern homes here in SE Asia where I live start at only $49-69K with NO property taxes! How much are property taxes in Italy? Thank you for your efforts. Your videos are awesome!

  11. The third property is not a style I could warm up to! In my opinion, it is an overpriced and eerie feeling messy place, trying to be a “uniquely designed” apartment. The first two properties are absolutely gorgeous!

  12. ok I'm here for the food. 😂 First two homes quite stunning. I'm too conservative for the third. . . . but the food was good.

  13. The city is beautiful, the food delicious, the homes: beatitudes, bland, and bonkers. All of them were architecturally interesting and very unique to their designers' passions, but none felt like they could be my home. I'd be living in somebody else's art installation.

  14. Tutto bellissimo. Grazie. Peccato per le immagini di piatti con carne. Per un vegano non é il massimo. Si puó anche farne a meno.
Comunque grazie per le bellissime immagini di Arezzo e dei 3 appartamenti. Che classe, la vera classe italiana.

  15. Gorgeous properties, such contemporary kitchens and bathrooms. I can see why you have invested in the this city for your home. These higher end properties shine!

  16. Oh my goodness that third dish of stinco…my favorite apt was number one, all the frescoes…I would turn the chapel into a tub room…imagine soaking in there!!! That lounge area was breathtaking!!! ❤😊❤

  17. Everything about this tour was fantastic! The food, the homes, your filming, all of it. The first home was amazing but only 1 bedroom. The first two if they had a terrace would be compelling indeed. The last one looked a bit from the centro. I’ll certainly eat at that restaurant when I’m in Arezzo.

  18. Marco, property 1 was spectacular. Love the restaurant meals but how about telling us what the bill would be for such meals. Would be interesting to see. Ciao and thanks from England.

  19. I love the layout of your video where you integrate the viewings with the meal, but I do miss the floating pastry and map.

#3 has been on the market a long time. I think I saw it for sale a year ago for 480k. I love the style, very artistic and eccentric. 100% my style.

    Love your videos Marco!

  20. The first music is classic from a very humours TV series Gianburrasca, which as a book did so much to help me speak and understand decent Italian. The book: "Il Giornalino di Gian Burrasca" for anyone interested.

  21. tuscany never disappoints, these homes are a dream. the attention to detail is so inspiring for my own content on southern living. italian aesthetics are truly on another level 🏡☕

  22. That third apartment os downright ugly. Way overpriced too. The others were nice and you do a great job showing them.

  23. Really enjoy your videos, you’re such a beautiful young man and make me feel very very proud of my Italian heritage…each property had a unique style, but being on the top floors they are not my cup of tea, altho I would love the rooftop terrace…the food looked so good one could almost smell the aromas and taste the rich flavors…💯❤️🫂
