I’m sharing with my most requested recipe, my take one the Italian bolognese sauce that is home made and so mouth-watering. It is made without using store-bought pasta sauce, so it naturally tastes fresher and better. This nice and flavorful meat (ragu) sauce can made using beef, lamb, pork or a combination of them. It is a rich spaghetti bolognese sauce with herbs, tomatoes, garlic which packs in the flavor, and cooks (braised combination) until they meld and deepen. I find the addition of red wine to deepen the flavor, but is optional.
This recipe is amazing for making into large batch and sticking in the freezer, also a great sauce for making lasagna, so delicious.
