I would love to buy a new build like this but much, much smaller. This will be amazing for someone with a large budget who can bring out it's full potential.

I'm afraid it's nothing to do with the Piemontese town of Santa Vittoria, but was in fact a fictional town that used Anticoli Corrado in Lazio as a filming location.
