As far as recipe, well I guess that’s now my pasta for everything since I only got to pick one, but my thoughts were that it’ll be good with bolognese or a simple marinara but wouldn’t be the end of the world in a carbonara.

Fusilli Corti Bucati, which isn’t in your picture, but De Cecco is my brand for it. I can’t buy it where I live, so I get it online by the case. As to what to use it in…many, many things but we probably use it most often in something with some sort of beef or pork dish that has gravy/sauce. It’s kind of like a short hearty pasta and a long pasta all in one.
