    This is the easiest homemade focaccia you’ll ever make 🫶

    🫓 Ingredients
    • 800g flour
    • 640g room temp water
    • 2 tsp instant dry yeast
    • 2 tsp honey
    • Generous drizzle olive oil
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 4 tbsp zaatar

    🥣 Step 1 – Mix
    Mix water, honey, yeast & olive oil.
    Add flour + salt → stir into a sticky dough.
    Cover + rest 30 mins.

    🤲 Step 2 – Folds
    Lift & fold → rest 30 mins
    Repeat once
    Do a gentle coil fold → rest
    One final coil fold

    Cover + refrigerate overnight ❄️

    🌅 Next Day
    Spread dough in a well-oiled pan
    Let rise 1–2 hours until puffy

    Drizzle olive oil
    Press those classic focaccia dimples
    Sprinkle zaatar ALL over 💚

    🔥 Bake
    400°F for 30–35 mins
    Golden. Crispy top. Soft inside.
