•For boiling pasta
Heat the water in large pan
Add –
1 tspn salt
1 tbspn oil
2 cup Penne pasta

Remove boiled pasta in bowl add oil and keep aside

•For the preparation of Red sauce
Add
1 tbsp oil
1 tspn butter
1 tsps Minced garlic
1 tspn herbs
1 tspn chilli flakes
2 medium diced onion
3 medium tomato purée
1 tspn salt
1 tspn red chilli powder
Pinch of sugar
1 tbspn tomato ketchup

•For the preparation of White sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tspn maida/refined flour/white flour
1 cup milk
1 pinch salt
1tspn chilli flakes
1tspn herbs
3 cubes grated cheese

•Method
1 .Boil the pasta in water
Remove boiled pasta from pan
Drain the water completely using strainer
keep aside adding little oil to it
(So it doesn’t stick to each other)
2.Prepare red sauce using above ingredients for red sauce
3.Prepare white sauce using above ingredients for white sauce
4.Pour white sauce in red sauce
5.Add boiled pasta
Heat for 5 minutes

Add basil leaves and grated cheese for flavour while serving.🍽️
