  3. dust your board with semolina instead of flour, the semolina dust acts like little ball bearings so the pizza can roll off the board, flour is great for no stick while kneading the dough but once it proofs she's gonna be stickier than ever. God speed mate

  4. Use semolina or cornmeal, and test the release before you commit to sending into the oven. Also, get a peel small enough to fit in the oven. That way you can get it down right in the middle of it.

    Pizza burned cause you either left it in there too long or the oven was too hot.
