Chopped Italian Sliders for the Super Bowl. Saddle me up and spank the cheeks these were real good. If you make these they’ll be gone before kickoff. Did I eat all of them instantly? Yes, but that’s a me problem. Love you.

Chop it all up
Add your seasoning and sauces
Mix again
Toast your buns with some mayo
Load it up
Brush the top with melted butter and Italian seasoning
(Optional) Bake at 425 for 4–5 minutes
Enjoy, love you

12 King’s Hawaiian rolls
1/4 cup banana peppers
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
1/4 cup spicy dill pickles
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 oz pepperoni
2 oz ham
2 oz salami
2 oz prosciutto
2 oz capocollo
4 oz provolone
1 Roma tomato

    I just can’t do the texture of a grinder sandwich 🥴😄 I want to like them so bad but just the look and texture of it all cut up and mushed together reminds me of 🤮

    My reaction everytime I cook after my wife leaves town. She is my cooking conscious. Without her I go to grand and too spicy. Great in the moment, but filled with regret to hours
