Just call this the easiest pasta you’ll ever make! got this idea from @letsmunch & decided to add a bit of sausage to it. WOW. This was incredible! I’ll be making this again soon, especially since it only took 15 minutes

Ingredients:
– about 15 oz pasta
– 1-2 links Fresh Italian sausage
– 2 cups cherry tomatoes
– 1 TBSP Lemon zest
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 6 TBSP unsalted COLD butter
– 7-10 garlic cloves chopped
– 1/4 cup dry white wine
– 6 basil leaves chopped
– 1/8 cup or handful of parsley chopped
– 1 TBSP red pepper flakes * optional
– salt & pepper to taste (& any other seasoning YOU PREFER)

  1. Sorry, but that's not fully emulsified, try to cook it down longer, add more butter or parm to make it thicker. Also try to use better quality parm and more of it
