Ingredients
• 500 g ground beef
• 500 g farfalle pasta
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp lovage
• 1 tsp parsley
• 1 tsp tomato paste
• 200 g cottage cheese
• 100 g Parmesan, grated
• 100 g mozzarella, shredded

Instructions
1. Cook the farfalle in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Season with bay leaf, oregano, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, lovage, parsley, and tomato paste. Mix well.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture.
6. Transfer everything to a baking dish and gently mix in the cottage cheese.
7. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella.
8. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes, until melted, cheesy, and golden.
