For $64 per person, you start with dishes like their Wagyu carpaccio (so generous) and the mushroom arancini that’s ultra cheesy and fragrant with truffle.Mains include butternut squash risotto, slow-braised boneless short rib, or their pancheri — and the pancheri with house-made pork sausage was easily my favourite.

And whatever you do… order the olive cake.It’s only available on the Dine Out menu and it genuinely wowed me — I haven’t had a dessert hit like that in a while.
