👨‍🍳 Method
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Sauté them with olive oil and garlic, season with salt.
2. Add the tomato passata and simmer for a few minutes until the flavors combine.
3. Cook the spaghetti and reserve a little pasta water. Add it to the sauce to make it richer and creamier.
4. Toss the spaghetti with the tomato sauce.
5. Top with burrata, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
