I gave up eating like this for weight loss.
Brown rice and beans in an instapot for 50 mins with veg. Total of like 10 mins hands on time. I got kids and don't have time or the desire to make fancy stuff anymore.
For some reason THATS what's called pancakes in Brazil 😅. Never understood why American pancakes where so different 😂😂😂. They sure are delicious! Try eating them with a side of white rice and you won't regret it!
