  4. I once had a pizza from one of these long wheel based vans with an oven in the back. Paid £15 which is expensive for me. But, it was exceptional. Up there with the best pizzas I've ever had. Totally worth it!

  5. Great set up you've created. Pizza looks amazing and love how you cut into 4 slices napoli style.
    Do you make your own dough? Is the truck hot as heck in the summer due to the ovens?

  6. Bertollo makes a similar size oven that spins and uses wood and gas? And gets to 930° F.
    I guess the AK oven is in centigrade and 500° C equals 932° F so same difference yet does AK use wood too and dies spinning make a difference for better cooking?
