This is my quick pan lasagna — cooked entirely on the stove, no oven needed and with simple ingredients. Mine is a gluten-free option but you can use ordinary lasagna sheets and ordinary flour for beshamel👌

Quick Pan Lasagna:

1️⃣ Fry onion, add minced meat, cook until browned.
Salt, pepper, cover and simmer 20 min.

2️⃣ Add chopped tomatoes + tomato sauce.
Push lasagna sheets (mine are gluten-free) directly into the pan, cover and simmer 20 min on low heat.

3️⃣ In a saucepan:
Milk + nutmeg + salt + pepper + 2 tbsp tapioca or flour.
Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Pour sauce into the pan, sprinkle parmesan, cover and cook 10 more minutes.

✔ Done. No oven. No stress.
