  2. Brooklyn Italian-American food is absolutely world-class. It really established the culinary culture. Little Italy, the Lower East Side, Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, coupled with Brooklyn were the absolute heartbeat and soul of Italian-American cuisine and cultural heritage. There are few other locals in various parts of the US, but none have the impact nor long established roots of the above described areas. New Jersey & Staten Island came much afterwards.

  3. My Grandma was Brooklyn born and grew up there. She sure had some strange tastes. Took me ages to figure out what she was saying.😂😂
