16:39 spaghetti monster!
The $10 and $100 meal? How are they that expensive? I make the $25 for considerably less money if you are talking about single serving. I live in Los Angeles, and it is as expensive here. Maybe you’re including labor?
Love the lentil ball idea, and using chuck roast sounds fab, but nowhere near $100, unless you buy a whole roast at Costco
Gaddamn it now I’m hungry
I know this is the direction you've said you wanted to go for your content, and I respect that.
I really do just prefer the more straight forward and brief style of old Basics and Binging. It feels like this style is constantly padded out with dialogue that adds nothing to the content itself and it makes these videos overly long and boring as a result.
Still wishing the best for you!
Wait why use beef bouillon in vegetarian meatballs? Can I not just use veggie bouillon?
I laughed when you said 'we'll add lentils' as I was sitting down with my own, then again when you commented on lentils not having flavor, as I was in the process of adding olive oil and hot sauce to mine.
I wonder how vegetarian $100 options would out?
I grow my own tomatoes. Make my own pasta (including shape pasta). Make my own cheese. I make my own bread. My meat comes from a cousin who owns a ranch. Cow, pig & a wife with an herb garden. 1st cousin. Ranch was founded by fraternal great grandfather.
Bahaha, gradma classic using pasta sauce frpm a jar and no chef bulshit, then plated with a carving fork had me in stitches! 😂😂😂
Granted that it takes more time, but wouldn't making the pasta from scratch actually be cheaper than pre-made pasta? Or does the egg make it too expensive now?
Andrew : "There's no way I'm ever paying eighteen dollars for a box of pasta, ever again!"
Me (a time traveler from the end of 2026, after the "once in a life-time" event starts,) : "LOL"
You’re supposed to use hot dog chunks in poverty spaghetti
your garlic crusher sucks
Its funny how the more money you put in the less food you get 🤔

Day 1 of asking BingingWithBabish to make Pepper Juice from Rabbids Invasion
Hi. I'm new to your channel. great content. I have a suggestion – rank meat rubs. if you already have done so, sorry. and maybe a follow up of showing how to prepare a steak using your favorite.
I love taking classic recipes to the next level. This was right up my alley. 🍻
Babish gets rich off of capitalism just to sit there and claim capitalism and poverty are the same 🙄 so idiotic
Anybody who pays $100 for spaghetti is a fool.
Goose egg sandwich from Knight of The Seven kingdoms when?
I'm thankful that inflation has slowed significantly over the last year to near target levels. Things were definitely getting out of hand!
I might just try the 25$ option, thanks Babish.
That definitely was exhaustingly long but worth it. That $25 classic seems way more delish to be honest.
the violation of breaking the pasta, made it less than a dollar 🤣
25$ flying spaghetti monster.
Hey really huge fan of the channel but question, which video took the longest to make and why? Was it hard to find the ingredients or the steps were confusing?
can you recreate chief wiggums chili ?
never in my life even poor days was there any lentil even near my grandmas gravy
I feel like the ultimate stage of pasta would be making it yourself with the richest possible ingredients and the most expensive process. You might have to buy a farm to mill the wheat yourself.
I see babish is now focusing on slop content similarly to joshua. End of an era.
Day 368 of petitioning Babish/Alvin to please make the Triple Fried Egg Sandwich with Chilli Sauce and Chutney from Red Dwarf.
Instead of bread or breadcrumbs I make a panade from fried vegetable salad toppers (onions, red peppers, beets, jalapenos), crushed. If nothing else, the brightly colored bits are a 'fun' surprise for diners who aren't expecting them. 😄
