I like this style video a lot. It’s different. All three places sound fantastic. I’m hearing the description, “Earthy,” in many food reviews, and to me it’s not flattering. Growing up in upstate New York, there are some excellent wineries, and whenever their description of the flavor included, “Earthy,” it meant that there was hint of pasture patty in it. That’s not what mushrooms bring to a meal, unless they are unwashed before they are added. Can you confirm my understanding of “Earthy”?
