INGREDIENTS

For the Dough
• Flour – 1 cup
• Yeast – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Lukewarm water – as needed
• Salt – a pinch
For the Topping
• Chicken steak – cooked and cut into small pieces
• Pizza sauce – as needed
• Cheese – as needed
• Olives – sliced
• Jalapeños – sliced
• Corns
• Oregano
• Chilli flakes
• Salt – light sprinkle

METHOD

1. In half a glass of lukewarm water, add yeast and sugar.
Let it rest until the yeast rises and becomes foamy.
2. Add the yeast mixture to 1 cup flour.
Knead into a soft dough.
3. Cover and rest the dough until slightly risen.
Divide into 4 equal balls.
4. Roll each ball into a thin Turkish pizza shape.
5. Spread pizza sauce evenly on top.
Add chicken pieces, cheese, olives, jalapeños, and corns.
6. Sprinkle salt, oregano, and chilli flakes on top.
7. Bake until the base is cooked and cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy homemade Turkish-style pizza.
