We’re ecstatic to unveil our inaugural winemaking adventure at the Myra vineyard! This thrilling journey into the world of vineyards and winemaking could yield seven bottles of delightful spumante and an equal number of exquisite Carricante white wine. Join us as we dive into the art of winemaking, documenting every step from grape to bottle in an engaging timeline that captures the magic of planting the vines, harvesting the grapes, and the transformation from fermentation to bottling. This experience will be brimming with insights and stories that showcase the dedication and passion behind crafting incredible wines. Our partner Andrea anticipates a bountiful harvest next year, in 2026, of 100 bottles, promising even more delightful wines, and in the fourth year, 2027, a full harvest of perhaps 500 bottles that will truly reveal the finest treasures of our vineyard. Stay with us on this vineyard journey, as we’re not just cultivating grapes, but realizing a dream we’ve cherished for so long.

Congrats!! I’m in the process of fulfilling this dream by planting a 100 vines on Mount Etna a few miles from you near Macchia. Not really a vineyard but enough to make some wine. I’m very happy to see how your vineyard has come to life since you first mentioned the start of it. Enjoy and cheers 🍷
