directions: 1. Cook the rotini al dente per box directions. Reserve a cup of the pasta water. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a place. 3. Add the shallot, white part of the green onions and garlic into the skillet. Cook for a few minutes. Add the gochujang, sugar and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes then add the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Stir and let sauce thickened for a few minutes. Then add the butter. Stir until butter has melted. Check for seasoning. 4. Return the shrimp to the pan along with the pasta and toss to combine. 5. Serve with parmesan, sliced green onion and chili oil. Enjoy ❤️
Awesome! I love a one pot dish … okay, plus the pasta pot. I'll have to do this one soon. We have so much pasta in the house for my swimmer kid, but he doesn't like the standard red sauce so we're always looking at new ways to dress the pasta. 🎉 Thank you for sharing!
Looks amazing❤ Just for some people who are super sensitive to spicy food like my son, some brands of gochujang can be pretty spicy even if it says “mild”, so I’d recommend that you taste it first😊
Just curious. I've always heard the alcohol cooks out of dishes. Is this not correct? I've never left alcohol out of any dishes I make ( even when kids are included). Beef bourgenion, red wine in beef stew and spaghetti sauce, white wine in sauces, even bourbon in desserts.no one seems affected. Just wondering. Thanks.
