I think you have too many jalapeño hot peppers in the recipe! I might personally eliminate them completely and add some sweet peppers and onions, and some sour cream and cream cheese!
Kind of like a jalapeño quiche, without the crust. The variations are endless. Looks so easy to make, for those times one isn't in the mood to do hardly any cooking, but is hungry.

Can make this with canned chiles which would not be as hot, OR with sauteed bell peppers. Delicious appetizer once you let it cool some. LOL!
