  1. Even in America (at least Philly and mid Atlantic) you don’t use mayo, you use oil only. Also where’s the sweet bell peppers, salt pepper oregano, and cherry hot pepper relish? Still looks good but missing a lot and axe the mayo.

  4. This is dogshit. You even started wrong by not slicing the bread all the way through. Mispronouncing names of meat, not adding any salt and pepper, emphasizing a lot of lettuce and hardly any onion. Dogshit.

  5. Mayo on an Italian sub is sacrilege to me. Also, interesting technique with the build being lettuce tomato onion on the bottom of sandwich inverted in order. I prefer the classic build from the bottom. Meat, cheese, LTO, oil vinegar heavy, SPO to top it off. Looks good though.
